Handle with Care

This type of specialist care focuses on supporting individuals with their social and physical activities whilst placing particular emphasis on enabling those in need to be able communicate those needs to the relevant people and, where needed, act upon an individuals behalf.

 

Tasks may include, but aren't limited to, supporting individuals to manage their finances, paying bills, support to go food shopping, help with cooking, making healthy choices, etc, supporting with tasks around the house, cleaning, gardening, and cooking, helping people monitor their health, keeping track of medication, bowel movements, body weight, etc.
