About Handle With Care Ltd
Since 2008 Handle With Care have supported adults of all ages to maintain their independence and stay in the comfort of their own homes. Seeing the tangible benefits this provides individuals and their families is why we are passionate about what we do and will always act in the best interests of our customers and their families.
Covering the Midlands area, we’ve been the home care provider of choice to hundreds of families. Our carers go the extra mile for our customers and get to see first-hand the peace of mind that their ongoing support provides.
The Handle With Care team are passionate about delivering the highest quality of care. All of our staff are trained to deliver the highest standard of care with a person-centered approach. We understand the uniqueness for individual needs and strive for continuity to ensure the best outcomes.
Our Mission
Handle With Care (previously Caring People) was founded in 2004 to provide carers to both social services and private service users. We aim to provide high quality service to service users of all ages in their own homes respecting their independence, privacy and dignity to ensure they enjoy the best quality of life at home. In the past year and a half, our company logo has become a familiar sight throughout the area.
The agency operates 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day employing over 100 trained home care workers.

We Work With...
Our Staff
All of our staff are fully trained to deliver the highest standard of care with a person-centred approach and are managed by us. We incorporate the use of the latest electronic software to monitor care visits and all of our staff are fully background checked with an Enhanced DBS check in place for each carer we employ. Carers are continuously monitored and receive regular training and supervision.
